About Me

     I have been providing Holistic Health Care since 2002.  I received my training in Herbalism from Misty Meadows Herbal Center; through Wendy Fogg, and my advanced training from Matthew Wood.  I received my training in Crystal Therapy from Cyndi & Steve Bir, and my Flower Essence training from Christine Tolf.  My massage training was received through The Solidago School of Massage and Holistic Health in Amesbury, Massachusetts, in 2007.  I received my Reiki Master/Teacher certification in 2010.  I received my Medical Massage Certification, also called Soft Tissue Rehabilitation, from LMT Success Group, in 2014.

I strive to provide a relaxing, down to earth atmosphere, with techniques blended to suit each individual's needs.
